As CEO of OMD Canada, Cathy Collier, is at the helm of Canada’s largest and most successful media organization. By harnessing the power of advanced analytics, marketing science, and placing client’s business performance at the heart of all innovation planning – Cathy has helped redefine the role and increased the value her team brings to an incredible roster of clients.
Over the course of nearly two decades with Cossette Media, her leadership brought Cossette Media three gold Media Lions and an armful of numerous other awards. She has enjoyed continued success at OMD, working with clients such as McDonald’s, Pepsi and Rogers, placing in the top two at Media Agency of the Year for the past four of five years.
Cathy is very active in advancing the Canadian media industry. She is Board Chair of numeris, Chairs the Canadian Young Media Lions competition and has judged twice at the Cannes Media Lions festival.
Emma Eriksson

Emma Eriksson is a strategic business leader and innovative marketer with a passion for communication. She has more than 20 years of experience at General Mills and Kellogg, growing brands like Cheerios, Nature Valley, Pringles, Froot Loops, Old El Paso, Vector and Mini Wheats. She’s passionate about putting the consumer at the centre and pushing the envelope to bring joy and solve real world problems. Eriksson has led award-winning campaigns such as Honey Nut Cheerios' “Bring Back the Bees” and been recognized as Marketing Magazine’s Marketer of the Year, Canadian Grocer’s Star Women and Canadian Marketing Association’s ”Best of the Best” among others. One award she’s especially proud of is a gold MIA for content publishing.
Robin Hassan
Head, Canada DMC and Ustudio, Unilever
Robin Hassan is a strategic and innovative leader with a passion for building engaged teams, brands with purpose, and driving commercial growth. She has a consistent record of establishing centres of excellence and upskilling teams to create best in class consumer centric programs powered by data. Currently, Robin is heading up Unilever Canada’s Digital Marketing, Media, Commerce, and Content centres of excellence, as Director, DMC & Ustudio. In this capacity, she leads a multidisciplinary team focused on driving unmissable content (search, community, In-house creative, CRM, Creator management, PR, e commerce Merchandising, and Media), delivering digital transformation (MarTech, Data Driven Marketing, Consumer Lifecycle marketing), and upskilling the broader organization in Performance marketing and Digital Commerce. During her 9+ years with Unilever Canada, she has had the privilege to work on several award-winning brand building and purpose driven marketing campaigns across 5 business groups.
Prior to joining Unilever Canada, Robin spent 13+ years building her expertise as a digital transformation leader while launching several first to market and award-winning solutions in the multi-media publishing and broadcasting businesses (Hollinger International, CanWest, Alliance Atlantis, and Yahoo!). In addition, Robin had the opportunity to experience working agency side where she led the establishment of multi-million dollar Digital and Social Strategic Practices as SVP at Starcom and Mediacom. During this time, she lead strategic digital planning work across a wide spectrum of verticals including CPG, Consumer Electronics, Finance, Auto, and Pharma.
Robin is passionate about “Cultivating Brilliance from Digital Disruption chaos” which she brings to life by mentoring emerging talent, unlocking an innovative problem-solving culture, and creating psychologically safe environments with diverse voices and experiences. She is a strong believer in giving back to the community through volunteering time to work with social enterprises, technology start ups, and establishing programs like the DMZ Black Innovation Program Social Impact stream. In addition, she has served as a Judge, board member, speaker, and chair of various industry programs including DX3, Shopper Marketing Forum, The Effies, ACA Cross-Media Measurement, IAB Canada, and the Media Innovation Awards.
Andrea Hunt

Andrea is a recognized industry leader and global marketing executive with a functional background in Tier I CPG marketing and commercial leadership. Through executive roles with blue chip firms including Kellogg's, Kraft, Molson, Arterra, and Mondelez, Andrea has led high performance teams and iconic brands across North America and Europe.,
Currently Andrea serves as a Board Director for JohnVince Foods Inc., is an Executive Board Director for the Canadian Club, and serves as an Executive advisor for a selection of Private Equity firms, start-up's and private companies.
Personally, Andrea can be found running, cheering rink-side, and indulging in her passion for all things advertising, retail, fashion, and design.

Scott Stewart is the General Manager of Glassroom, a national media agency that is focused on the rigor of bringing together data and creativity to help their clients create the media future they imagine.
Measuring success through the complexity of business problems and outcomes created for the agency's suite of clients, Scott has spent his career working in senior strategy and executive roles at some of the world’s largest global media companies and top independents, in both Canada and the US.
A proud graduate of the University of Toronto, he has been recognized with national and global industry honors, including Media Innovation Awards, AToMiC, Cannes Media Lions, Festival of Media Global and serves on multiple industry boards, committees, and award show juries as part of his ongoing commitment to the Canadian media industry.
