Boursin looked to increase sales among passionate food lovers always in search of exciting experiences during the holiday period. With the help of influencers, the premium brand tapped into the picnic trend, and invited people to elevate the experience by adding classy Boursin cheese to their baskets. The influencers created posts of their “chic picnics” that incorporated the cheese product. Boursin also collaborated with Quebec chef Kimberly Lallouz for the debut of her show on food channel Zeste, using the product in a garden party-themed episode of the program. The brand also increased its presence inside 1,200 retailers and created a unique chic picnic experience with a cheese tasting event that featured an orchestra. In the end, the brand increased sales by more than 56%.
