TradeRev creates technology for used car dealers to be able to buy and sell cars in one-hour mobile auctions. Working with Cairns Oneil, the brand looked to target those used car dealers, as well as lapsed TradeRev members and dealers with a data-led campaign. The brand stepped away from traditional B2B trade print and focused its efforts on digital instead, creating seven targeting strategies that reached current members in the brand’s database via Google and Facebook, as well as recruited new customers using geo-cached/fenced zones in 2,000 Canadian dealerships.
