Since 90% of bookings for windshield repairs happen on the same day a consumer interacts with an advisor, Belron and Touché! created a program that would reach consumers before its competitors. To make sure it was the first to market, the team built a custom script to align with the brand’s TV spot, serving ads in search after its ads were broadcast on air. The agency mapped the search account structure against Belron’s service centres and adjusted bidding based on priority, population, competition, demand and profitability of each location. What’s more, they also developed unique landing pages with custom maps using consumers’ IP addresses to create hyperlocal customized experiences.
