GoldBest Use of Digital - Best in Websites and Microsites

For its new website builder tool, GoDaddy partnered with the Toronto Raptors in a campaign that showed small business owners (especially those with a love for sports) the ease and simplicity of its services. The brand showed how its tool could be used by creating a fictional small business story around Raptors star Jonas Valanciunas. Working with Wavemaker, the brand created Ittybitterballers.ca using its website builder and helped Valanciunas sell miniature figurines of himself to fans. The team created a teaser campaign that promoted the new business in and around the ACC, and followed it up with video, digital, social, OOH, sponsorship and in-arena creative to drive traffic to the website, as well as a storefront where people could purchase an Itty Bitty Baller while learning how GoDaddy brought the concept to life.
