The phrase “beyond repair” exists for a reason; sometimes it’s just not worth the effort. When it comes to cars, there’s nowhere can you witness more vehicles utterly destroyed than at a demolition derby. So when – after 17 years of zero advertising – car repair brand CarrXpert wanted to remind customers of its inimitable ability to bring damaged vehicles back to life, it chose the colosseum of collision (the derby) to prove it was the leading expert in repair. To do so, it demoed a car in front of an eager audience. After a few days of repair work, CarrXpert revealed the same car, looking brand new again, at the annual Montreal Auto Show. The stunt was a smashing success with nine million completed views and an all-time high in repair requests.
